JOB SUMMARY:
A Professional sports team in Detroit, supported by Lambert, is looking for personable and energetic team member to be part of their Hype Team. This is a part-time, seasonal position, and the ideal candidate would be enthusiastic about working in the sports industry. 

Responsibilities:

• Energize Crowds: Ignite excitement and enthusiasm around the Michigan Panthers Football team at home games and community events.
•  Execute Energy: Ensure fans are immersed in a high energy atmosphere through contests, interactive challenges, on field sales packages, lucky rows, Touchdown flags and other as needed.
• Collaborate: With brand ambassadors and other team staff to create an authentic experience for fans from doors to the end of the game.
• Community: Foster a sense of belonging and excitement with the brand that encourages crowd participation.

• Previous event marketing, brand ambassador, Hype Team experience is a plus!
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Helpful to have a passion for the sports industry.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
