We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking Media Planner for our performance media team that drives business growth for clients spanning consumer brands, B2B enterprises, and medicinal/wellness companies — both nationally and internationally. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key point of contact for media-focused client relationships
  • Develop performance-driven media plans for consumer-facing brands in Healthcare, Non-Profit, Education, Marine, Spirits and other verticals
  • Prepare client-ready plans, POVs and recaps
  • Initiate campaigns and oversee team members engaged in campaign execution
  • Track media-related activities and maintain status reports and communication with clients
  • Track campaign performance, develop analytics reports and insights to inform campaign enhancements.
Required Technical Skills:
  • 4+ years full-time digital media planning or digital account/strategy role, ideally in a marketing agency. 
  • Exceptional written presentation skills and demonstrated ability to data story-tell in presentation format. 
  • Experience developing performance strategies for digital campaigns spanning Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Digital OOH and other channels. 
  • Deep understanding of digital analytics and a framework for campaign optimization decision-making. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field preferred
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Our ideal candidate will be based in our Miami or Detroit markets. Highly qualified candidates from other U.S. locations will be considered
