Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager at Lambert, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns that align with our clients' goals and elevate their brand presence and relevancy. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a significant impact in the world of digital marketing and communications.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies and campaigns that align with clients' objectives.
  • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Monitor and analyze performance analytics to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative social media strategies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers and online communities to enhance brand exposure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of social media efforts with PR and marketing initiatives.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to clients on social media performance, campaign results and insights.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of marketing and brand reputation management is a plus.
